Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or GED
- College-level coursework or vocational training in computer science, repair, operations, or a related field
- Two years of experience in customer service, call center support, or service desk roles
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- A+ Certification and/or Apple Certifications (ACMT, ACIT) preferred
- Experience repairing electronics and working with cellular carriers is a plus
- Valid Florida drivers license (Class E) required
- Must pass background investigation, polygraph, physical, and drug screening tests
Responsibilities
- Provide support for cellular equipment and ensure resolution of support tickets
- Follow established processes for equipment assignment and administration
- Perform OS updates and configuration setups on cellular devices
- Assist users with inquiries about device functionalities
- Maintain up-to-date records for cellular equipment assignments
- Create and manage support tickets, escalating when necessary
- Supply management with reports on cellular operations
- Communicate effectively with management regarding issues or outages
- Provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist colleagues as needed and perform additional related tasks
