Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architecture.
- Proven experience in managing environments, configuring settings, and establishing security.
- Familiar with Microsoft Exchange integration and design of organizational email templates.
- Knowledgeable in financial procedures, HR systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, performance assessment, and system enhancement.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Administrator Associate.
- Preferred: Experience with Power Automate for automating workflows.
- Preferred: Awareness of Azure DevOps and related deployment tools.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure D365 F&O environments including Production, UAT, SIT, and Gold.
- Establish and manage organizational email formats and synchronize with Exchange Server.
- Implement and oversee workflows across financial, HR, and operational modules.
- Define and uphold security roles alongside segregation of duties policies.
- Allocate user roles and regulate access to legal entities according to internal standards.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and prepare for audits on system modifications.
- Supervise data migration, integration, and verification processes.
- Safeguard data integrity while adhering to enterprise security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and promptly address technical issues.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and IT operations to resolve incidents.
- Maintain and update system configuration documentation and role allocations.
- Generate and provide tailored reports as needed by business units.
Description
We are seeking a D365 F&O Administrator responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This role ensures system stability, security, and performance while supporting business processes and compliance requirements. This is a Contract to Hire position based in Chattanooga, TN, and offers a competitive pay range of $60.00 - $70.00 per hour.
