Requirements
Must:
- Five to eight years of experience in managing intricate enterprise infrastructure, with a focus on cloud security, endpoint management, and Microsoft SaaS platforms.
- Over five years of hands-on experience in security compliance management and configuration standardization for virtual, cloud, and endpoint infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in planning, designing, deploying, and managing Microsoft server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
- Direct experience implementing and managing Microsoft Defender, Intune, and cloud security solutions for endpoint protection.
- Strong administrative experience with the M365 Suite, particularly with Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Demonstrated ability to assess infrastructure performance and provide effective recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, secure, and support our organizations Intune projects, Microsoft Defender, M365 Suite, server, storage, and cloud endpoint infrastructure.
- Oversee the deployment and management of Microsoft Defender, Intune, and various other cloud endpoint management tools to ensure maximum security and efficiency.
- Manage and support our Microsoft SaaS products, maintaining integration and functionality across the organization.
- Evaluate the performance, reliability, and integrity of our infrastructure, providing short-term and long-term planning recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system infrastructure specifications, including diagrams, reports, and security compliance records.
- Improve security and compliance through vulnerability management, automated patching, and baseline configurations of virtual and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead technical troubleshooting efforts, identifying systemic issues and offering strategic solutions to boost system availability.
- Guide planning for enterprise infrastructure, monitor capacity, and optimize system performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and technical leader for significant infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and endpoint security enhancements.
- Support and optimize email messaging systems, implementing compliance and security policies for Exchange Online.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-training on core infrastructure technologies.
- Take responsibility for disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including cloud-based resilience strategies.
- Evaluate and implement automation strategies for cloud security, endpoint management, and SaaS integration.
- Collaborate with the Information Security team to address security vulnerabilities and audit findings related to virtual, server, and cloud infrastructure.
- Represent the team as a technical advisor in strategic discussions, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals.
- Perform other related duties as needed or assigned.
