Requirements
Must:
- Proficient troubleshooting abilities
- Understanding of SQL, Active Directory, PLC Live Data Tags, Log Monitoring, and basic scripting
- Experience in Windows and Linux OS support and configuration
- Basic familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, Docker, or similar technologies
- Proven experience in identifying and solving simple to moderately complex issues through root cause analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset and effective problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Manufacturing IT Systems (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Address issues on the plant floor related to systems and hardware to ensure operational continuity
- Maintain accurate documentation and escalate incidents as needed
- Execute data and configuration modifications for support purposes
- Adhere to incident response protocols and procedures
- Replace printers and hardware as required
- Conduct SQL queries as needed
- Resolve data and transaction discrepancies
