Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related roles with at least 1 year of hands-on work with machine learning models.
- Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, data mining, and statistical analysis tools, including deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Familiarity with data pipeline and cloud technologies such as Kafka, Spark, and Docker.
- An eye for quality and product integrity while developing large language models (LLMs).

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine machine learning algorithms for various products and applications.
- Build and enhance data pipelines for data ingestion, validation, cleaning, and monitoring.
- Train machine learning models, validate their accuracy, and oversee their deployment into production environments.
- Develop proof of concept solutions and assist in research studies for future applications.
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including evaluation plans and reports.
- Test and assess solutions, completing case studies and documenting findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges related to assigned projects.
- Mentor and guide software development teams in modern software practices to deliver effective solutions.
