Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with modern microservice frameworks, particularly Java/Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Proficient in API development
- Cloud-native development expertise on Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with containers, CI/CD, and cloud platforms is preferred
- Experience with Docker and consistent environment setup
- Strong knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions including PRs, branching, and code reviews
- Monitoring and observability skills using Grafana and Checkly
- Proficiency with JetBrains IDEs (IntelliJ IDEA) is advantageous
- Additional Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or equivalent certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a team of Java developers
- Integrate seamlessly within the Product Management Office, comprising four product owners
- Participate in the Enablement Team to ensure product readiness and alignment
- Assist in creating anti-corruption layers for data and domain protection
- Oversee product domains such as Product, Raw Materials, Customer, and Inventory
- Serve as the Lead Developer, offering mentorship to junior developers
- Direct technical decisions and create strategic software solutions
- Design and enhance software applications and database systems aligned with business goals
- Guide the development and testing processes to meet complex business requirements
- Produce high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code across various programming languages
- Lead efforts to identify and fix software defects, ensuring stability and reliability
- Manage technical documentation standards across the team
- Provide high-level technical support to end-users and suggest improvements for software solutions
