Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in process documentation, SOPs, or work instructions
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Capability to quickly comprehend and document operational procedures
- Comfort with meticulous comparisons between systems and physical documentation
- Proficiency with desktop and office software, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDFs, and document review tools
- Experience in document control and version management
- Familiarity with working in regulated environments, preferably FDA-regulated
- Background in product labeling or label verification
- Proven experience in executing or documenting label verification protocols
- User-level experience with Loftware is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with an experienced team member to grasp the comprehensive label verification process
- Compare system data with printed labels and approved specifications
- Identify detailed discrepancies such as formatting errors, truncation issues, and incorrect units or conditions
- Create current-state workflows, including process maps and step-by-step work instructions, as well as supporting documents when required
- Maintain organization and version control of documents and product labels, ensuring they are ready for operational use
Description
We are looking for a short-term contract professional to capture and formalize key institutional knowledge related to label verification processes. The main goal of this position is to work directly with a subject matter expert to extract undocumented knowledge and translate it into clear and precise process documentation and work instructions.
