Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Linux fundamentals
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes
- Proficiency in building Kubernetes clusters
- Troubleshooting skills in complex distributed systems
- Familiarity with automation of operational workflows
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- Proficient in Terraform and Python
- Knowledge of GitHub and KQL
- Understanding of service mesh technologies
- Experience with Azure Storage and AKS
- Familiarity with AI Ops concepts
- Nice to have: Experience with JQL (Jira Query Language)
- Nice to have: Advanced Kubernetes networking (service mesh, ingress controllers)
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Azure-specific services (Azure Monitor, Azure Networking)
- Nice to have: Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
- Nice to have: Understanding of container security and compliance tooling
- Nice to have: Familiarity with AIOps or AI-driven observability platforms
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters from inception
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within complex distributed systems
- Automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure reliability across both on-premises and cloud environments
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to modernize operations
- Drive improvements in service level agreements (SLAs) and service level objectives (SLOs)
