Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Zeroheight
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite and UX design principles
- Experience in human-centered and systems design methodologies
- Ability to conduct research and synthesize findings
- Team collaboration skills for cross-functional projects
- Strong problem identification and documentation capabilities
- Basic understanding of interaction design, visual design, and content design
Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire design process from discovery to implementation
- Assist in identifying and documenting business challenges to influence solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure designs meet business needs
- Contribute to the development of design artifacts and prototypes with supervision
- Support research initiatives that focus on member and employee needs
- Attend design critiques to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Help manage risks associated with design activities according to compliance policies
