Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, and Active Directory
- Proficiency in VMware and Azure
- Experience as a Server Administrator or System Administrator
- Familiarity with Meraki and Palo Alto technologies
- Knowledge of Entra ID and Autodesk products
- Experience with Automox for desktop patch policies
- Understanding of Vista (Viewpoint) ERP and Procore construction management software
- Familiarity with Sophos and Sophos Central, including threat policy management
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Eagerness for continuous learning and skill development
Responsibilities
- Support Azure infrastructure including virtual servers and storage accounts
- Manage on-premises infrastructure, including Meraki and MS network devices
- Provide infrastructure support for multiple office locations and remote project sites
- Oversee the disaster recovery site with virtual server replication
- Manage and support Sophos MDR and Cisco Umbrella solutions
- Administer hosted VoIP phone services
- Assess system and hardware requirements for diverse computing needs
- Install, configure, maintain, or decommission both physical and virtual devices
- Develop and distribute software stacks, including operating systems and applications
- Address escalated technical issues for users and administrators
- Ensure thorough documentation of all infrastructure systems and practices
- Create tools and scripts for system maintenance and automation
- Enhance automated systems setups and processes
- Monitor new threat information and respond accordingly
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve incidents
- Engage in cross-training to ensure comprehensive service capabilities
- Seek opportunities for ongoing personal and professional growth related to the role
