Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficient in backend development using Java and/or Python
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or Angular (basic exposure sufficient)
- Experience in working on enterprise systems or migration projects
- Knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodologies is advantageous
- Exposure to AI concepts is a plus, though not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team on migration-related tasks
- Maintain and enhance existing backend services with Java and Python
- Participate in light frontend development as needed using React or Angular
- Help fill process gaps and stabilize ongoing work as the program evolves
- Contribute to future-state architecture initiatives
- Work within established processes and patterns
