Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Tier 1 support
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus
- Proficient in using EDI translation and monitoring software
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and partners
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities
- Implement Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions for our clients
- Engage with internal departments and EDI trading partners via phone and email to resolve issues
- Utilize EDI translation software to oversee daily operations and address any challenges
- Conduct daily checks on EDI errors, collaborating with trading partners to troubleshoot
- Review and analyze error reports related to invoices and shipment notices, initiating corrective actions as necessary
- Maintain and update trading partner profiles and expand our trading network
- Assist in corporate initiatives, including the Vendor Portal as necessary
- Attend and contribute to project meetings in both team and advisory roles
- Facilitate data communications with business partners and internal teams for seamless operations
