Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in:
- Dell Boomi integration development
- SOAP/REST API integration development
- SQL development
- Middleware/interface technical support
- Proficiency in SQL Server, including:
- Complex queries
- Stored procedures
- Data transformation logic
- Data manipulation (DML/DDL)
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in developing or managing file-based integrations or secure file transfer processes.
- Proven troubleshooting skills involving integrations, data workflows, or automated interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with the Dell Boomi integration platform.
- Effective communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Construct, troubleshoot, and maintain Dell Boomi integration processes, connectors, and data mappings.
- Design, develop, and support API-based integrations between various enterprise systems.
- Create and manage file-based integrations utilizing GoAnywhere MFT, which includes:
- Automated file exchanges
- Secure data transmission workflows
- Scheduling and monitoring integration jobs
- Resolving failed transfers and addressing data processing issues
- Develop SQL Server solutions, which involve:
- Stored procedures
- Query development
- Data validation and transformation logic
- Performance optimization
- Create and assist with SSIS packages for batch data movement and transformation.
- Oversee automated integrations and address production support challenges across both API and file-based interfaces.
- Identify and resolve integration failures, data inconsistencies, and interface errors across enterprise applications.
- Document specifications for interfaces, file structures, data mappings, and operational procedures.
- Monitor development and support activities through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with functional teams to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.

We seek a technically adept IT System Specialist to join our team, assisting in the development and ongoing maintenance of our integration systems. This is an on-site role with weekday hours, and we offer a competitive pay range of $38.00 - $48.00/hr along with benefits that may include medical, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
