Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Experience with infrastructure projects involving Windows, Linux, or Middleware
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Distributed, Mainframe, and Network technologies (experience in at least 2 areas preferred)
- Proven ability to collaborate with Delivery Partners to achieve swift results
- Excellent project documentation skills, covering past, present, and future actions
- Proactive mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive results
Responsibilities
- Provide support for approximately 5000 servers with both North America and offshore resources
- Collaborate closely with Delivery Partners to expedite project outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for all action items
- Actively anticipate project needs and take initiative
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate success
