Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT engineer in a team setting supporting multiple clients
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on communication
- Familiarity with MS Active Directory
- Proficiency in M365 Suite (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Knowledge of networking, including switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VLAN administration, and routing
- Experience with Windows Server and Windows 10 administration
- Competency in VMware ESXi and MS Hyper-V
- Experience working with a Managed Service Provider or in a distributed multi-location environment is highly desirable
- Understanding of hosted phone systems is a plus
- Advanced technical skill set with several years supporting small to mid-sized companies
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent IT support to clients
- Focus on building team dynamics and contributing to a positive work environment
- Undertake installation and service-related tasks to enhance customer experience
- Perform local travel to various locations in West Michigan as required
- Maintain and manage technology systems to ensure optimal performance
- Support and troubleshoot a range of IT issues faced by clients
