Identity Management Admin

- Manage identity and permissions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as HIPAA, CJIS, PCI, FTI, FERPA - Create and maintain user identities, allocate enterprise licenses, and administer secure access to shared resources - Troubleshoot and administer user access to email and collaboration platforms, including managing email accounts and distribution lists - Develop and utilize PowerShell scripts to enhance efficiency in identity management processes - Conduct file recovery using Volume Shadow Services and current backup software; guide users in self-service recovery - Maintain and follow documentation related to processes, contributing to documentation improvement - Monitor and analyze Help Desk requests, performing initial evaluation and providing second-tier support or escalating as needed - Collaborate with technicians from various divisions to provide comprehensive support and solutions - Adhere to all established policies, standards, and procedures
