Requirements
Must:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in solution architecture, with at least three years in implementing CLM solutions specifically in ICERTIS CLM solutions.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is preferred; ICERTIS CLM certification is essential; additional certifications in related technologies (e.g., Azure, iPaaS) are advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of the ICERTIS CLM platform, including module configuration, customization, and integration capabilities; strong understanding of Data Management tools for Data Migration integration to Azure Data Lake is required.
- Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Azure, MuleSoft, Power BI, and enterprise integration tools; familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Proven experience managing large-scale CLM implementation projects with a successful delivery record; experience in sectors such as legal, procurement, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong background in client-facing roles, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities with a knack for leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship is necessary; our client will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to maintain our clients respectful and courteous work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive architecture, design, and implementation of ICERTIS CLM solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and industry best practices; develop robust and scalable CLM solutions that integrate with external systems like SalesForce and DocuSign.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and assess business requirements, imparting best practice guidance, and translating needs into technical specifications and architectural designs; serve as a strategic advisor to the program team and business, enhancing contract management processes via the ICERTIS platform.
- Provide technical leadership to project teams, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes and adherence to project timelines; mentor and nurture junior architects and developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Customize ICERTIS CLM modules to address specific business requirements, including workflows, templates, and business rules; manage integration patterns of ICERTIS CLM with third-party applications for seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Oversee multiple CLM work streams simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget; conduct regular risk assessments and quality reviews to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay informed of the latest advancements in ICERTIS CLM and related technologies, continuously improving our solution offerings; identify and drive initiatives to enhance the CLM lifecycle.
