Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and documenting changes in complex IT settings.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, change evaluation, and post-implementation review processes.
- Experience in incident detection, prioritization, and resolution, with a focus on minimizing business impact.
- In-depth knowledge of problem analysis, root cause identification, and long-term remediation strategies.
- Current ITIL Foundations certification demonstrating an understanding of IT service management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance processes across IT frameworks and implement measurable improvements.
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform for managing IT Change, Incident, and Problem management workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years experience in IT Service Management roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of IT Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Act as Incident Manager during high-priority incidents, coordinating rapid responses to minimize business impact and restoring services in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate current workflows and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management, showcasing achievements and areas needing improvement.
- Deliver training and guidance to IT teams on best practices and updated procedures for handling changes, incidents, and problems.
