Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day IT service management operations using ServiceNow as the core system
- Monitor and manage ticket queues and workflows to ensure accurate logging and prioritization
- Conduct quality checks on tickets for compliance and completeness
- Help maintain ServiceNow data, including service records and user configurations
- Support testing and validation of ServiceNow enhancements and releases
- Track and report service performance using dashboards and reports
- Identify trends and areas for improvement within service data
- Aid in the preparation of service review documents and performance summaries
- Document workflows and operational procedures within ServiceNow
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of service management processes
- Prepare reports and presentations for governance activities
- Facilitate communication between operational teams and service management leaders
- Analyze data to uncover recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Use insights to support service enhancement initiatives
- Participate in audits and assessments related to ServiceNow usage
Description

This role focuses on enhancing our IT Service Management capability, primarily leveraging the ServiceNow platform. We offer a contract-to-hire position based remotely, with a competitive pay rate of $25.00/hr.
