Requirements
Must:
- 4-5 years of experience in IT support
- Proven experience assisting around 500 end users
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Microsoft Intune (MDM)
- Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 (O365)
- Laptop imaging and deployment
- Setting up Apple and Android devices
- Capability to work autonomously and address issues without formal training
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Deliver front-line IT support via a high-volume ticketing system (Freshservice)
- Diagnose issues with Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook, Excel, and general system errors
- Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Intune for:
- Android and iOS mobile device management
- Laptop imaging and deployment
- Prepare and configure new laptops and user devices
- Set up and manage Apple and Android devices for proper MDM enrollment
- Conduct Dell Command updates and perform basic hardware maintenance
- Provide support for office peripherals such as printers, monitors, keyboards, mice, and docks
- Address general troubleshooting inquiries and resolve daily IT challenges
- Aid with straightforward office IT tickets and new hardware requests

This essential role involves managing daily IT operations and ensuring smooth functionality for our users, particularly in a Microsoft-focused environment. Our work setting is fully onsite in Appleton, WI, and the position offers flexible hours from Monday to Friday.
