Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support environments
- Proficient in Windows and macOS desktop support
- Experience with Active Directory and account management
- Knowledge of Office 365 and G-Suite support
- Familiarity with SaaS applications (Okta or other SSO, Slack, Zoom, Jira)
- Understanding of MDM platforms (JAMF, Kandji, or similar)
- Skilled in ticketing systems and queue management
- Strong capabilities in network and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with VPN and access support
- Competent in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices
- Passionate about technology and continuous learning
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
- Organized, accountable, and proactive
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary support resource for help desk and IT-related issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Manage and resolve tickets while adhering to SLAs and best practices
- Oversee new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup
- Provide support for Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms
- Offer Active Directory and Group Policy assistance
- Support business applications, SaaS tools, and collaboration platforms
- Troubleshoot and support MDM solutions
- Maintain and support both standard and custom system images
- Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
- Document solutions and contribute to the improvement of IT processes and standards
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary
