Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional credentials are advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is essential.
- Proficient understanding of Networks and Network Protocols, such as TCP/IP.
- Strong familiarity with electronic hardware, including computers, network devices, phones, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of computer security and privacy principles.
- Effective problem-solving abilities are required.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Must be able to interact productively with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of utilizing available resources to investigate root causes and solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for the Banks computer systems via phone, in-person, or through a ticketing system.
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
- Assemble and install PC hardware, as well as investigate and resolve routine hardware and communication issues.
- Offer field support for issues that cannot be addressed remotely.
- Troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
- Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Participate in on-call support for after-hours and weekend coverage, as part of an on-call rotation every third week.
- Travel to other branch locations for on-site assistance as needed.
