Requirements
Must:
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Proficient in troubleshooting macOS, iOS, and Windows
- Experience with Zoom and Zoom Rooms support
- Capable of managing hardware and software tasks for onboarding and offboarding
- Familiarity with ticket management systems, maintaining SLAs, and ticket handling best practices
- Knowledgeable in creating and updating Help Desk documentation
- Advocate for end-user experience, ensuring processes and tools are effective
- Experience coordinating and managing AV events
- Proactive in managing IT inventory including laptops, accessories, and software licenses
- Skilled in user management within Jamf, Okta, Google, Active Directory, BetterCloud, and other SaaS applications
- Nice to have: Apple Certified Support Professional
- Nice to have: Okta Certified Professional
- Nice to have: Jamf Certified Tech
- Nice to have: Jira Administrator Certification
- Nice to have: Jira Service Desk Administrator Certification
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for IT help desk and desktop support related to hardware and software
- Troubleshoot network issues and assist with phone setup/support
- Oversee new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment distribution
- Escalate technical issues and partner with IT staff to find solutions
- Develop and uphold security best practices
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure equipment is serviced
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and user satisfaction while fostering collaboration
