Must:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Capable of providing face-to-face support as well as remote assistance via phone
- Experience with Azure is highly desired
- Must exhibit professionalism and strong interpersonal skills for user interactions
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to internal employees
- Diagnose and resolve common IT issues, particularly related to Microsoft Office 365
- Travel to client locations as required for support
- Assist users in both one-on-one and group settings
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with end users

We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our team, supporting our internal employees with IT-related issues. This full-time, contract-to-hire position is based in Norfolk, VA. We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $25.00 to $32.00, along with a range of benefits that may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plans, life insurance, and paid time off.
