Requirements
Must:
- Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity challenges.
- Proficient in providing desktop support to both onsite and remote users.
- Skilled in using Windows operating systems and productivity software.
- Familiar with remote access instruments and VPN solutions.
- Capable of troubleshooting mobile devices across different platforms.
- Background in utilizing ticketing systems for support management.
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred: CompTIA A+ certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support roles.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-oriented technical assistance via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Record all incoming requests and track troubleshooting processes using the ticketing system.
- Address issues with desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile gadgets.
- Provide support for remote users, resolving remote access and connectivity challenges.
- Undertake basic account administration tasks such as user creation and password resets.
- Identify and troubleshoot operating system, application, and hardware problems.
- Configure and assist with Mac desktops and laptops when needed.
- Fix printer and peripheral-related issues.
- Meet service level targets in a fast-paced support environment.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.
