Requirements
Must:
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 11, macOS, and Office 365 applications
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Magic
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM or Intune (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for end users across the organization
- Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 technicians and customers
- Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, and printers
- Diagnose and fix software issues, including operating system errors and application failures
- Install and configure business applications, productivity tools, and security software
- Replace and upgrade hardware components as needed
- Support remote access technologies such as VPN and virtual desktop environments
- Assist in the imaging, configuration, and deployment of end-user devices
- Document support issues and resolutions in the ITSM/ticketing system
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security best practices

We are seeking a Level 1-2 Site Support Technician to join our team in Stockton, CA. This contract position offers a competitive pay range of $20.00 - $30.00/hr along with benefits that may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability, and more.
