Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Capacity to work autonomously while managing data for recertification with minimal oversight
- Understanding of audit requirements, business risk, and segregation of duties
- Familiarity with application and database security administration
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong foundation in Excel, Access, and basic database principles
- Exceptional communication and analytical problem-solving skills
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a business context, ideally in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of access management concepts and exposure to risk practices and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in application or database account administration is advantageous
- Keen interest in learning
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling data and audit-related inquiries
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures
- Operate under general supervision while managing assigned duties
- Act as a communication bridge between IT and business teams
- Create and document comprehensive processes that support business operations
- Collect, scrutinize, and format data for access recertification utilizing various tools
- Carry out status reviews during recertification periods to detect discrepancies and initiate corrections
- Handle email communications relating to access issues to ensure timely recertification
- Ensure that system owners promptly process access removals or modifications
- Administer application and database recertification using internal tools
- Resolve help desk tickets through ITSM remediation
- Relay findings and updates to mid- and upper-level management
- Produce management reports for review
