Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems
- Strong aptitude for customer service
- Experience with Active Directory and desktop support
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs for equipment purposes
- Equivalent experience or military background is acceptable
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to approximately 800 end users independently on the second shift
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware and software in a manufacturing environment
- Support and maintain Windows 11 devices, smartphones, and peripheral equipment
- Manage Zebra printers and ensure they are correctly maintained
- Document all technical support work in ServiceNow
- Use mobility aids such as tricycles and golf carts to navigate the large facility
- Collaborate with production operations to ensure smooth technological functionality
