Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Help Desk support and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with Active Directory and group policy
- Experience with ServiceNow and Office 365
- Knowledge of Windows 11 operating system
- Good organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Capability to multi-task and prioritize requests
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of software licensing and asset management
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage Help Desk tickets using ServiceNow
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers and mobile devices
- Oversee the companys anti-virus software
- Administer user accounts and enforce access policies
- Set up and deploy hardware and software for new employees
- Assist with the technology rollout for new systems and upgrades
- Provide support during mergers and acquisitions
- Help manage software licenses and track IT assets
- Maintain active directory and manage email distribution lists
- Ensure accurate asset inventory and contribute to IT procedure development
