IT Specialist - Field Support Technician

- Bachelors degree in computer science, telephony, electronics, or a related field - At least five years of experience in IT support, telephony installation, infrastructure design, or networking environments - Proficient in Wireless, Network Wiring, LAN/WAN Networking principles, and other IT technologies - Experience with asphalt controls, ready-mix batch panels, and automation systems is advantageous - Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues - Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage IT projects effectively - Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships - Strong judgement and problem-solving abilities - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Self-directed with the ability to work independently - Must be available for on-call support - Ability to climb ladders and manage heavy loads up to 40 pounds - Compliance with MSHA safety standards required - Desired Certifications: CompTIA A+, Net+, Security+ - Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally and out-of-state
