Requirements
Must:
- A+ Certification or equivalent education/certification
- 2 to 3 years of experience in computer desktop support
- Proficiency in PC troubleshooting and repair
- Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Professional
- Familiarity with Outlook and Internet Explorer
- Knowledge of ITIL foundation principles
- CompTIA Certifications are a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of End User Device support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Receive, manage, and escalate trouble tickets regarding technology issues
- Assist with user account management including password resets and locked accounts
- Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
- Follow established Service Desk protocols
- Participate in the Service Desk Call Queue to address incoming trouble calls
- Document all Service Desk interactions in IT Service Management software
- Diagnose and repair workstations and peripherals
- Conduct local and remote testing on devices to identify faults
- Prepare workstations for new hires by installing necessary software and peripherals
- Wipe and reinstall workstations when necessary for reassignment
- Maintain accountability for hardware and software equipment
- Research and recommend software and workstation solutions
- Aid management in drafting and updating policies
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office products and related software
- Foster positive professional relationships with all project stakeholders
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile devices including iPhones and Androids
- Manage Microsoft 365 and other third-party application support
