Requirements
Must:
- 2-3+ years of recent help desk or service desk experience in a call center.
- Proficiency with Windows, basic networking, mobile devices, and common business applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays if necessary.
- Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
Responsibilities
- Provide initial support for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Manage and document ticket resolution details in ServiceNow.
- Utilize knowledge-base tools for troubleshooting purposes.
- Assist users with system access, forms, and basic software installations.
- Detect and report trends or outages as they arise.
- Operate primarily through phone support in a fast-paced environment.
Description
We are a prominent financial services organization seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst for our Technology Service Center located in the South Denver area. This role entails delivering phone-based technical support to a large number of internal users within a high-volume contact center. After one month of onsite training, the position will adopt a hybrid work schedule.
