Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing medium to large-scale IT projects within intricate enterprise settings.
- Strong technical background with prior hands-on experience in desktop support, technical support, or similar IT positions.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, structured cabling, AV systems, and end-user computing.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial monitoring, and project cost management.
- Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Practical experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with both technical teams and clinical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
- Background in a healthcare or hospital IT setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Responsibilities
- Spearhead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery is within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate across various IT teams, including structured cabling, construction, desktop support, networking, AV, and associated infrastructure groups.
- Determine the appropriate technical teams to engage and ensure seamless cooperation among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with construction and facilities teams to facilitate campus transformation projects.
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Oversee project budgeting tasks, including cost estimation, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
- Conduct major stakeholder meetings, including crafting agendas, leading discussions, and capturing outcomes, risks, and action items.
- Ensure meticulous project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project artifacts.
- Serve as a liaison between IT teams and clinical staff, ensuring technology solutions meet operational and patient care requirements.
- Actively identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and implement strategies for mitigation.
