Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred) - 8-12+ years of experience in IT project or program management within large, complex enterprise settings - Extensive experience with Indirect Procurement technologies (e.g., P2P, sourcing, contract management, spend analytics) - Proven track record in managing M&A-related IT integrations, including platform migrations and system consolidations - Strong knowledge of software licensing models, IT asset management, and vendor management - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Planview) - PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certification highly preferred - Must have over 5 years of IT Procurement experience in a significant IT capacity

Responsibilities

- Oversee multiple simultaneous IT projects that focus on Indirect Procurement systems, which include sourcing, P2P, contract management, supplier management, and spend analytics platforms - Take ownership of complete project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies - Create and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive reporting - Spearhead post-merger IT integration initiatives concerning indirect procurement capabilities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations - Drive platform migration efforts, such as decommissioning legacy systems and transitioning ERP and procurement platforms - Collaborate with business and IT leadership to define future state architecture in alignment with enterprise standards - Ensure smooth data migration, validation, and business continuity during transition events - Lead efforts to rationalize procurement-related applications, eliminate redundant tools, and reduce technical debt - Work with IT Asset Management, Procurement, and Finance teams to assess software usage, optimize contracts, and reduce vendor and licensing expenditures - Assist with vendor evaluations, RFPs, contract negotiations, and renewals from a technology standpoint - Act as a trusted advisor to Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and IT leaders - Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business partners - Manage organizational change, including communications, training coordination, and adoption planning - Align workstreams across internal teams and external vendors/system integrators - Ensure projects comply with enterprise IT governance, security, compliance, and data privacy standards - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with M&A integration, platform consolidation, and vendor transitions - Support audit and compliance requirements for procurement systems and IT assets
