Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Basic system administration skills
- Experience with handheld and desktop scanners
- Knowledge of PC support and end user assistance
- Familiarity with Lexmark and Xerox printer hardware and connectivity
- Ability to perform break-fix tasks
- Understanding of ServiceNow (not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of network technologies sufficient for following instructions
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals seeking to start their career
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support to end users in a Windows environment
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving PC-related issues
- Support Lexmark and Xerox printers, including hardware and connectivity concerns
- Address break-fix scenarios as they arise
- Handle email support related to Outlook issues
- Manage and resolve 10-15 support tickets daily using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with team members and site manager to deliver efficient technology support
- Participate in training for handheld devices and possibly Android support
- Follow guidance from the Network Team for specific onsite instructions
Description
We are seeking a dedicated desktop support professional for a 12-month contract position based in Braselton, GA, with potential for extension or conversion to a long-term role. Our team consists of skilled technicians and a site manager focused on providing top-notch end user technology support. We offer competitive hourly wages between $20.00 and $25.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) contributions, life insurance, and more.
