Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT support environments
- Proficient in Windows and macOS support
- Knowledgeable in Active Directory management
- Experience with Office 365 and G-Suite support
- Familiar with ticketing systems and queue management
- Skills in network and hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to support VPN and access issues
- Experience in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Organized, proactive, and accountable
- Passionate about technology and dedicated to continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main support resource for help desk and IT-related concerns
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and resolve support tickets while adhering to SLAs and best practices
- Handle new hire onboarding, including creating accounts and setting up equipment
- Provide support for Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet devices
- Assist with Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Support a variety of business applications, SaaS tools, and collaboration platforms
- Troubleshoot and support mobile device management solutions
- Maintain and support standard and custom system images
- Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
- Document solutions and contribute to improving IT processes and standards
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams when necessary
