Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years of experience in a service desk or business department role
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows 10, hardware troubleshooting, and Mac support
- Experience in printer support and ticket resolution
- Familiarity with Office 365, password resets, troubleshooting, and connectivity software
- Ability to provide remote support and customer service
- Experience with ticketing systems and desktop support
- CompTIA certifications such as A+, Network+, and Security+ are a plus
- Knowledge of PowerShell and WebEx is desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I and II support for operating systems, software, hardware, and IT equipment
- Identify, research, and resolve technical issues on a limited basis
- Develop a robust understanding of business operations to assess the impact of problems
- Assist associates in conducting their daily activities through effective IT support
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions
