Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in application troubleshooting
- 3-5 years in Windows Server and desktop support
- 3-5 years of network support experience, including changing configuration settings, Cisco access points, VLAN, and IP address connectivity
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for IT applications and infrastructure
- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IT applications to optimize productivity and quality
- Administer Cisco equipment and ensure effective server patches and hardening
- Engage in the integration and long-term maintenance of production scheduling execution systems in an assembly environment
- Deliver technical guidance to achieve optimal throughput using monitoring and benchmarking metrics
- Support a multi-shift operation, including rotating shifts on days, nights, and weekends
