Requirements
Must:
- 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (A+, IT coursework, CS/IT degree, bootcamp, etc.)
- Strong desire to enhance technical and hardware support skills
- Dependable, professional, and enthusiastic about learning
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must possess reliable transportation (Hybrid onsite in Coppell)
Responsibilities
- Responding to support tickets
- Assisting users through email, chat, and in-person interactions
- Troubleshooting various issues including:
- Password resets and login problems
- WiFi and connectivity challenges
- Printer, peripheral, and basic hardware issues
- Collaborating closely with technicians to establish a solid foundation in IT skills
