Requirements
Must:
- Experience in service desk support or customer service
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Office 365, and Active Directory
- Strong phone support skills
- Ability to provide friendly and helpful assistance to users
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach
- Capability to efficiently search knowledgebases for relevant solutions
- Adherence to security protocols during user interactions
- Collaborative team worker, both on and off the Service Desk
- Ability to take and accurately document notes while communicating
- Familiarity with creating incidents in ServiceNow
- Problem identification and escalation skills as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone and email
- Address a range of technical inquiries and perform basic troubleshooting
- Follow documented support processes and maintain adherence to security protocols
- Reset passwords and assist with remote access and multi-factor authentication issues
- Use escalation procedures for unresolved issues based on established guidelines
- Maintain a full-day engagement involving sitting, communicating, and typing
- Work various shifts as determined by organizational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
