Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record in IT support roles, ideally in financial services or regulated sectors.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities across various IT hardware and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of compliance and security measures applicable to financial institutions is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, including user onboarding and password resets.
- Familiarity with O365, specifically Exchange and Outlook, along with user license management.
- Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and 11 environments.
- Ability to resolve VPN connectivity challenges.
- Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions.
- Skills in managing and troubleshooting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Capable of laptop reimaging tasks.
- Familiarity with Intune for mobile device management (MDM), including profile setup and application issues.
- Competence in using ticketing systems to monitor and resolve technical concerns.

- Provide prompt IT assistance to end users by resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Utilize ServiceNow or comparable ITSM tools for logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and applications.
- Adhere to established protocols and regulatory guidelines in troubleshooting and escalation processes.
- Document resolutions and update knowledge bases to facilitate future support efforts.
- Participate in IT projects aimed at enhancing the Banks technology infrastructure.
