Requirements
Must:
- Basic Help Desk / IT Support experience
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11
- Familiarity with Office 365 applications
- Knowledge of POS system troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Understanding of hardware and software fundamentals
- Strong customer service and effective communication skills
- Entry-level experience is acceptable
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for Windows computers, laptops, and general desktop issues
- Aid users in resolving Office 365 application queries, email configurations, and login difficulties
- Support Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, addressing login challenges, device malfunctions, and basic troubleshooting
- Create, update, and resolve tickets using ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing platform
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary
- Deliver approachable, customer-centric support via phone, email, or in-person interactions
