Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for user account creation and access provisioning across key systems
- Manage incoming access requests and secure necessary approvals
- Complete user setup steps in various systems and relay access information to end users
- Track and document all actions in Freshservice
- Identify when issues need escalation and take appropriate action
