Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in Linux systems administration
- Proficient in high-performance computing (HPC) and HPCM cluster management
- Solid understanding of storage environments, including DMF
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, VMotion, and vCenter
- Knowledge of server hardware diagnostics and cooling system maintenance
- Strong communication skills with technical teams and clients
- Ability to generate and cultivate new business opportunities
- Advanced knowledge of technical methodologies and industry trends
- Independent judgment in problem-solving within established policies
- Familiarity with Emerson Aperture and Insight Control products
Responsibilities
- Provide technology consulting to both external clients and internal teams
- Maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Shape technical strategies for both our organization and customers
- Deliver on-site support for HPC environments and related infrastructure
- Offer operational support and administration for HPCM clusters
- Troubleshoot and maintain CDU cooling systems with training provided
- Conduct hardware diagnostics and support system stability
- Coordinate project meetings and assist with weekly operational discussions
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within project teams
- Undertake additional duties as needed
