Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in front-end development
- Previous experience with a CMS platform
- Familiarity with Craft CMS preferred; experience with Drupal, WordPress, or similar platforms is also acceptable
- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Strong testing discipline including UAT, validation, and code reviews

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end functionalities within Craft CMS
- Configure and customize existing CMS templates and reusable components
- Assist in the creation and optimization of product and landing pages
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing initiatives using Adobe Target
- Uphold high standards for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO
- Collaborate closely with DevOps on environment setups, pipelines, and deployments
- Carry out self-testing, UAT, and peer code reviews in a simplified QA setup
- Engage in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, demos, and collaboration with Product Owners and UX teams
Description
We are seeking a Front-End Developer to help support a large-scale digital ecosystem built on Craft CMS. This platform is vital for driving customer acquisition and regional growth initiatives. The role is centered around front-end development within a CMS environment, assisting ongoing growth experiments and daily operations while the organization transitions to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as the primary platform. This is a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension, ensuring continuity of service as our internal teams engage in the AEM migration project. We offer a collaborative environment with a team structure that includes dedicated squads for each site.
