Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent functional position
- Proven experience with SAP FICO in an ECC setting
- Knowledge of enterprise planning and performance management tools like IBM Planning Analytics and/or SAP Planning Analytics
- Proficient in gathering requirements and collaborating with varied stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data analysis and Power BI support
- Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI and advanced Excel
- Understanding of data movement within finance and planning systems
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to gather, document, and evaluate business requirements
- Convert business needs into user stories, use cases, workflows, and functional specifications
- Drive SAP Finance (FI/CO) process enhancements in an ECC environment
- Contribute to forecasting, demand planning, and performance management efforts
- Utilize advanced planning tools such as IBM Planning Analytics and/or SAP Planning Analytics
- Work in conjunction with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams
- Manage multiple small change initiatives simultaneously, including some RPA tasks
- Support testing activities, including creating test cases and participating in UAT
- Monitor work items, document results, and provide regular updates on progress
- Create training materials and offer post-implementation assistance to business users
