Requirements
Must:
- Epic certifications in Radiant and Cupid are required
- Proficiency in Epic Radiant/Cupid
- Strong communication abilities
- Capability to manage enhancements and optimization requests
- Experience with radiology and cardiology enhancements
- Familiarity with scheduling queues and granting Epic access
- Skills in managing visit types and adjusting schedule blocks
- Competence in creating AE titles for Epic worklists
- Ideal candidates may have dual certification in Cupid and Radiant
- Broad knowledge of Epic, particularly in areas like invasive, breast, path, and radiology
- Clinical experience (e.g., radiologic technician) is beneficial
- Must be able to quickly adapt and start contributing
Responsibilities
- Complete radiology and cardiology enhancements in the queue
- Manage scheduling queues and grant Epic access
- Oversee visit types and modify schedule blocks as necessary
- Create AE titles for Epic worklists to ensure proper flow to modalities and ultrasound machines
- Handle enhancement requests and optimize existing systems
