Requirements
Must:
- Current Epic Radiant Certification
- 2-5+ years of experience in supporting or implementing Epic Radiant
- Epic Cupid Certification preferred, but not mandatory
- In-depth knowledge of radiology workflows, imaging operations, and clinical processes
- Familiarity with Epic build tools, testing methodologies, and change management
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with Epic Cupid, Cadence, or Orders preferred
- Background in radiology, imaging operations, or clinical informatics is advantageous
- Previous experience in a healthcare system, consulting firm, or large-scale implementation is a plus
- Experience in project management or team leadership is desirable
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, test, and maintain components of the Radiant module including workflows, orders, protocols, worklists, and reporting tools
- Configure and enhance scheduling for radiology, imaging workflows, and modality worklists
- Assist with system upgrades, feature introductions, and enhancement requests
- Troubleshoot various issues and provide break/fix support
- Collaborate with clinical and radiology teams to review and improve current workflows
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop documentation for future-state workflows
- Translate operational requirements into Epic build specifications
- Lead sessions focused on workflow design and recommend best practices
- Collaborate with interface teams on HL7, DICOM, and modality integrations
- Coordinate efforts with PACS/RIS administrators for seamless imaging operations
- Engage in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Provide ongoing support for applications and participate in on-call duties as required
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
- Keep documentation updated for builds, workflows, and support procedures
Description
We are looking for an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst/Consultant to design, build, optimize, and support the Epic Radiant module within a complex healthcare environment. This role entails collaborating closely with radiology leadership, clinical teams, technical resources, and project stakeholders to ensure effective, compliant, and scalable imaging workflows. Our team values strong expertise in Epic Radiant functionality and radiology workflows, as well as a keen understanding of integration between Epic and imaging systems. This is a Contract position based out of Greenville, NC, and is fully remote. We offer competitive pay ranging from $80.00 to $85.00/hr along with various benefits such as health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
