Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Epic systems, specifically Prelude and Cadence modules
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on healthcare technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Epic certification is preferred
- Familiarity with decision trees and security protocols
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Epic Prelude and Cadence modules for new clinic setups and operational needs
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of all build components to ensure system reliability
- Document build processes and maintain configuration standards for consistency and scalability
- Collaborate with operational teams to define requirements and enhance scheduling and registration processes
- Provide technical expertise and configuration support for Community Connect initiatives
- Perform expert-level analysis and configuration for Epic Cadence and Prelude modules
- Prepare documentation and assist in end-user training while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
