Requirements
Must:
- Epic Grand Central/Prelude certification is mandatory
- Proven experience in an Epic Grand Central Analyst role
- Willingness to be onsite 1-2 times annually
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Strong ability to interact effectively with all levels of healthcare organizations
- Highly organized with strong documentation and workflow design skills
- Familiarity with clinical environments is highly desirable
- Proven capability to foster trusted client relationships during implementation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and work independently
- Proficient PC skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the specialty area with problem-solving skills
- Capable of serving as a mentor or supervisor for other analysts when necessary
- Skillful in addressing complex problems that require thorough analysis of data
- Demonstrates sound judgment in selecting approaches and techniques to achieve solutions
- Ability to network with internal and external stakeholders in the relevant domain
Responsibilities
- Build applications tailored to user needs for new and enhanced workflows within designated systems
- Communicate promptly with clients, project teams, and vendors to analyze and design business and clinical requirements
- Troubleshoot application software failures and assist in resolving issues related to installed applications and technologies
- Conduct quality control assessments on application implementations and enhancements pre-release
- Stay informed about vendor and industry developments and document all relevant updates
